LEGAL

Terms & conditions.

Applies to all quotations, orders, and workstation builds placed with Robust HPC Workstation.

01Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated, and are subject to component availability at the time of order confirmation. An order is only confirmed once a signed quotation or purchase order and any required deposit have been received.

02Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency and terms stated on the relevant quotation and exclude applicable taxes and delivery unless specified. Payment terms are agreed per order; standard terms require a deposit at order confirmation with the balance due prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

03Build, Testing & Delivery

Each unit is hand-assembled to the confirmed specification and subjected to 72-hour sustained load burn-in testing prior to shipment, per our Build and Test Record process. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed; Robust HPC is not liable for delays caused by component shortages, freight disruption, or events outside its reasonable control.

04Warranty

Workstations are covered by a 3-year on-site warranty against manufacturing defects, as detailed in the Warranty & Support Agreement provided with each order. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, liquid ingress unrelated to the cooling system, or use outside the specified operating environment.

05Delivery & Support Coverage

Full warranty service terms are set out in the Warranty & Support Agreement issued with every order (Document No. AGR-HPC-WS-001), which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference and takes precedence on warranty and support matters in the event of any conflict. A summary of regional coverage is provided below; where the two documents differ, the Warranty & Support Agreement governs.

Peninsular Malaysia (on-site service). Where the workstation is installed at a customer site within Peninsular Malaysia, on-site warranty service — parts, labour, and travel — is provided at no additional charge, with response and resolution handled per the service-level targets in the Warranty & Support Agreement (e.g. next-business-day on-site attendance for critical faults).

Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan & outside Malaysia (return-to-base service). Where the workstation is located in Sabah, Sarawak, the Federal Territory of Labuan, or outside Malaysia, warranty service is provided on a return-to-base basis: parts and labour remain covered, but the Customer bears the cost and risk of packing, shipping, and insuring the unit (or affected component) to and from our Petaling Jaya service centre, and resolution timelines run from receipt of the equipment there rather than from the initial fault report. On-site attendance outside Peninsular Malaysia may be arranged at our discretion and is quoted separately for travel, accommodation, and per-diem costs. Delivery lead times for new orders to these locations may also be extended due to additional freight requirements, and will be confirmed in writing at the point of quotation.

Customers relocating a covered workstation must notify us in writing beforehand; relocating a unit outside Peninsular Malaysia converts its coverage from on-site to return-to-base from the date of relocation.

06Returns & Cancellations

Because every unit is built to order against a customer-specified configuration, orders confirmed and in production generally cannot be cancelled or returned for refund except where the unit is defective on arrival or fails to meet the confirmed specification. Any such claim must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robust HPC's liability arising from the supply of any workstation is limited to the repair, replacement, or the purchase price of the affected unit. Robust HPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits arising from use of the equipment.

08Customer Data & Enquiries

Information submitted through our configurator, enquiry forms, or supplier forms is used solely to prepare quotations, process orders, and provide support, and is not sold to third parties. Customers may request correction or deletion of their submitted information by contacting info@robusthpc.com.

09Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without prejudice to any other rights available to either party.

10Changes to These Terms

Robust HPC may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or applicable law. The terms in effect at the time an order is confirmed apply to that order.
